We will work as a team to put together a career damage control plan to get you back up and strong on your feet with your employer, team-members, and most important...yourself!
During our engagement, we will:
Assess the situation - I will be your advocate
Interpret employer/co-workers take on (Signs/language) the situation
Understand the root cause
Put an effective action plan to address the situation
Agree on an improvement plan to regain your reputation
Discuss next steps post-crisis
