FAQ
How we do can start?
Please, You can text me first to talk about the logo project details or you can place an order directly and submit the order requirements that i have been provided on the order panel, it would show up after you clicked the order button.
Work Duration?
Work Duration is depend the difficulty level of project, more effortless of the logo i design more soon the project finished But the deadline has been stated in each order package. However i always try my best.
How many designs that i will receive?
it depend the order package you placed. i provided 3 packages 1. Basic Package : One Design Concept 2. Premium Package : One Design Concept with extra features 3. Ultimate Package : Two dESIGN Concepts with extra features
When i receive The source files?
When the project finished. i will send the design preview in HQ, when you finally feel good to the design result, i will send again with the source file that i pack into a zip or rar file. but if you are already clicked the approved button i usally send the source files through inbox.
What about the revisions?
The revision session will occur when you ask to modify the parts of the design i made. i also will do for a major Change to the design if you ask for it. however it need the extra time and the project will runs slowly.
What stationery design that i will receive?
i only provided business card design for this gig. you will get the preview business card design after the logo design approved in chat (yet clicked approve button), because i have to match the layout to the logo design.
What is a custom offer?
Custom offer will occur when : 1. if you interested in basic feature, but eagerly for extra features. 2. if the project is dificuty but still in my capability range. when the agreement reached and then i will send a custom offer panel on inbox.
What is currency that used for the transaction?
i use US Dollar but i accept any currency because this platform has automatic currency converter.
Can i request another Graphic or Logo style?
i do not accept another logo style unless geometric monoline line art Deco style according to this gig promotion.
Do you use templates from internet?
No, i do not use any templates from internet, my works are 100% original. logo will be fascinating, exclusive, unique and rare.
