The service was completed as described, but the whole file was not recoverable. That was NOT the seller's fault. However, he offered me an "extended" service, by charge, that was actually supposed to be part of the original service I paid for (I did not accept this offer). I also had to ask for synchronization...

We had to work on this job a few times. He was very polite and tried hard to make the corrections he could. My job was complicated, and he really tried to correct my video issues. In the end, my sync issues were better than when they started, so for that I am grateful.
