Move to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Exchange Online)
Configure clients on desktop/mobile (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Thunderbird)
Set up DNS: SPF, DKIM, DMARC for better deliverability
Transfer calendars, contacts, aliases, and groups (as requested)

Do you need my passwords?
Preferably, create temporary admin users or app passwords. I guide you step‑by‑step. You can remove access after delivery.
Will there be downtime?
I plan a cutover window to keep it near‑zero. Old mail keeps working until MX is switched, and propagation is monitored.
Will folders/labels be preserved?
Yes, where platforms support mapping. I keep structure intact and include a post‑migration report.
Can you migrate attachments, read/unread status, flags?
Emails and folders are migrated; most flags transfer via IMAP. Platform limits (e.g., categories) may vary.
Do you move calendars/contacts?
Yes—add it as an extra or use Premium. I can migrate via export/import or API where available.
Can you set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC?
Yes. I configure DNS records.
How long does it take?
Depends on mailbox sizes and throttling. Small moves finish same day; larger sets may need staged windows.
Is my data safe?
I use secure methods, avoid permanent credentials, and provide steps for you to revoke access after delivery.
What if my mailbox is very large?
Select the “Large mailbox” extra per 5 GB additional size, or ask for a custom offer.
