-Prepare and maintain documentation related to the BIM processes, including model updates, coordination reports, and clash detection logs. -Prepare visualizations and presentations for client meetings, showcasing the progress and status of BIM models. -Managed and attend all the weekly BIM coordination meeting with clients, consultant and contractors to resolve the model and technical issues. -Clash detection for Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines with our Model using Autodesk Navisworks system, Revizto and ACC to figure out the clashes, ensures the quality of model, avoid any delay and rework on site. Coordinate with outsource company for effective communication, collaboration and modelling. -Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve team queries and site engineering issues. Review and perform clash test on the model from the outsource company and make viewpoints to resolve the issues. -Resolve technical problems in the model and also on site through coordination with other contractors. -Review BIM model and shop drawing as per the IFC drawing and typical detail from the sub-contractors to submit for final approval. -Resolve technical problems for site and design teams through contractor coordination. -Monitor and ensure adherence to project baseline schedule with design and BIM teams. -Manage the BIM model and shop drawing as per the approved material submittal and compliances with the project specification.
