The experience with Ben Architects was quite disappointing. The visual appeal and creativity of the work did not meet my expectations, and there was a significant lack of cooperation throughout the project. Despite being assured of a 12-hour completion, the project was delivered after 19 hours and fell well below the agreed standards.

Project not delivered nor did the seller communicate the delivery would be late. Stopped communication after day one and did not communicate for four days. I waited 24 hours after delivery and the seller did not attempt to contact me or explain anything. Very unprofessional. Was excited to work with...
