This has been way better than any other exp. I have had in the past. Not only listened to what I wanted also helped me find other ways to get what I didnt know I needed. It was a collaberation vs me banging my head against the wall. dont look any further Ali is the correct choice.

Gave a concept drawing and the product was not quite to visual qualifications. Overall it is ok. Leadtime for first initial delivery was on time, even though corrections were included, they twice as long as the original.

Communication was very difficult, I had to explain the same things multiple times, and there was little to no proactive thinking or input. Every small request suddenly came with additional costs, which made the whole process frustrating....
