I have completed a formative internship at ATELIER ROBIN ARCHITECTS (ARA) under the guidance of principal architect Salauddin Ahmed, where I have focused on developing strong conceptual thinking and precise drawing skills. I have carried out the core academic exercise “Interpretive Intellectual Drawings of a Lamp,” through which I have explored how everyday objects can be analyzed, abstracted, and represented through architecture‑style drawings, improving my control over light and shadow, proportion, and scale. Alongside this, I have worked on residential interior projects and a restaurant interior, gaining hands‑on experience with space planning, joinery details, and material coordination, which has strengthened both my technical drafting skills and my understanding of real‑world design constraints. In addition to these projects, I have documented and prepared the publication for the “Building Is Crafting” workshop, where I closely studied furniture, product design, and sculptural elements. Through this process, I explored construction logic, joinery, ergonomics, and material expression in fine detail and compiled the outcomes into a curated booklet, enhancing my skills in visual communication, layout, and written documentation of design processes. One of the most valuable experiences during this period has been working at the July 36 Museum of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs of Bangladesh, where I contributed to the design of service lifts and service areas and investigated the technical integration of mechanical equipment within the building. This exposure to vertical circulation, back‑of‑house planning, and MEP coordination has deepened my understanding of how architectural design, technical systems, and functionality come together in complex public buildings.

During my internship as a junior architectural designer, I gained valuable experience in architectural design and project development. I collaborated with senior architects using AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce detailed drawings and 3D models. I contributed to a mosque design project, where I researched cultural and historical aspects such as traditional materials, spatial layouts, and geometric patterns, developing an understanding of the balance between creativity, cultural sensitivity, and functional design. I also participated in site visits, data collection, and preparation of design presentations and client meetings. This experience strengthened my communication skills, enhanced my understanding of the complete design process, and improved my ability to apply architectural principles in real-world projects.
