Stop retyping invoices. Send a photo or a PDF, get a clean row in your spreadsheet.
I build pipelines that read invoices, receipts, bank statements and contracts with OCR plus AI, and put the fields where you need them: Google Sheets, Excel, your database or an accounting export.
Already built and running:
- Telegram invoice OCR bot: photo to vendor, number, date, amount, VAT and line items in a Google Sheet, with duplicate check

Options: a one-off run over your archive, or a bot / web form your team uses every day. Fields, languages and layouts are configurable; scans and photos are fine.

FAQ
What accuracy can I expect?
On clear scans and PDFs the key fields (vendor, number, date, totals) come out right in roughly 95 to 99 percent of cases. Doubtful values are flagged for a quick human check instead of being guessed.
Is my data safe?
Documents are processed on a private server and deleted after delivery; for daily tools the data stays in your own sheet or database. OCR can run fully locally if you need it.
