Where can I review your work samples?

How much will formatting cost?
I offer 3 packages based on book length. If you’re not sure which one fits your book, message me, and I’ll guide you. Keep in mind: books with heavy bullet points, complex formatting, multiple tables, or structured layouts may require extra time and a custom quote.
What if my book is over the word/page limit?
No problem. Message me and I’ll send you a custom offer based on your book length.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please share: Book title, Subtitle (if any), Author name, Trim size (for paperback and Hardcover)
Can you use any trim size?
Yes. I can format for any trim size, but common standard sizes include: - 6" x 9" - 5.5" x 8.5" - 5" x 8
Which software do you use for book formatting, and can I receive the final book in MS Word?
I use Atticus, a professional book formatting tool that meets Amazon KDP standards and helps avoid common formatting errors. Final delivery is not provided in MS Word because Word causes layout issues and doesn't support creative formatting, especially for Kindle and print.
Can you accommodate special formatting requests like custom chapter headings or decorative elements?
You can share your preferred style or pick one from my samples, and I’ll format your book accordingly.
Do I need to provide images or illustrations for book formatting?
Yes, if your book includes images, please provide them in high resolution (300 DPI). I’ll place them correctly in the layout per your instructions. Lower resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated in print.
What if I need to make content changes after the book is formatted?
Minor changes can be done, but major edits may require an extra fee. If we try editing the formatted file directly, it breaks the layout, so it’s usually best if I handle revisions in the formatting software directly and do a fresh export of both the EPUB and the PDF.
Why do you need a Word document and not a PDF?
PDF isn't an editable format. Formatting requires a clean Word (.docx) file so styles and layout can be applied correctly. PDF conversions often create errors and require extra cleanup. Please provide a final edited .docx file to avoid delays.
