My career began as a Service Engineer, where I spent 7 dedicated years working hands-on with installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and providing production support to customers across various environments. Those years sharpened my technical expertise, strengthened my problem-solving instincts, and gave me a deep appreciation for what customers experience when they need reliable, timely support. I learned that being technically sound is just one part of the equation — being dependable, communicative, and empathetic is what truly builds lasting relationships. I then transitioned into a Service and Project Management role, spending the past 7 years leading teams and managing customer expectations to ensure every project lands on time and on target. I became the critical bridge between customer needs and operational execution — coordinating on-site service teams, managing escalations calmly, and aligning timelines and resources while keeping the customer experience at the heart of every decision.
