Ann is super patient and has a special ability to explain the language and tones of the language better than anyone I have ever dealt with before. I was super impressed. I've dealt with a lot of people trying to teach Vietnamese but she simplified everything better than anyone - I easily learned more with her in 1 hour than anyone in the past.
