FAQ
I have several listings, do you offer bulk pricing?
Absolutely! We'd love to work with you on as many videos as you need. Contact us and we'll give you an amazing discount!
Do I need to ship my product to you?
Not necessarily. If you have a sample and can easily send it to us, then we can shoot it at different angles and create original content for you. This method is preferred, but if you don't have a sample, not to worry, just send us some images and we'll get you going!
How long is the final video?
According to ecommerce experts, shorter videos convert better, so we recommend 30-60 seconds. But if you need a little longer, no problem, just let us know.
Do you offer anything else I might need?
In case you didn't know, we also do photography and can give you a discount if you need to develop images + video for your listing. Talk to us and we'll work out a great deal for you.
