I worked with Genexa, a fast-growing eCommerce brand selling products on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay. My role involved managing multiple aspects of online marketplace operations to help increase sales, improve product visibility, and maintain strong customer satisfaction across all platforms. During my experience with Genexa, I handled Amazon product listings, keyword optimization, SEO-based content writing, inventory management, order processing, and competitor research. I also assisted in optimizing product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms to improve ranking and organic sales on Amazon. On Etsy, I worked on digital and physical product listings, Etsy SEO, tag optimization, shop management, and customer communication to improve traffic and conversion rates. I focused on creating attractive listings that helped products rank better in Etsy search results. For eBay, I managed product uploads, pricing strategies, listing optimization, customer support, and order tracking. I ensured all listings were professionally optimized to attract buyers and maintain high seller performance standards. I also gained experience in market research, product research, PPC campaign support, sales analysis, and eCommerce store management. My work helped improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall marketplace performance. Through this experience, I developed strong skills in Amazon FBA, eCommerce management, marketplace optimization, SEO, virtual assistance, and online store operations.
