I joined the national top scientific research institute to develop deep-sea micro-sensing special equipment, responsible for titanium alloy pressure-resistant shell design for underwater sensors, high-temperature resistant sealing structure development and multi-physics temperature field simulation. I customized waterproof, corrosion-resistant and ultra-high pressure resistant special mechanical structures adapted to deep-sea extreme working environments, compiled standardized military-grade technical documents and test verification specifications. The self-developed sensor pressure-resistant casing was successfully applied to the institute’s deep-sea detection research projects, breaking the reliance on imported high-pressure underwater structural parts and realizing independent domestic design of core sensor mechanical carriers.

Promoted to Mechanical Design Supervisor, I took charge of the full R&D of ZF Traxon Germany transmission automatic assembly production line, include: completing all mechanical part design of each automated machine tool; cooperating with electrical and pneumatic teams to match automatic control systems; selecting all key purchased components such as electric tightening shafts, laser sensors, buffer cylinders and lubrication guns; proficiently applying GB, ISO and DIN international drawing standards and various transmission structures including gears, cams and synchronous belts. The complete transmission assembly line was delivered to ZF’s domestic production base and passed long-term operation verification, meeting German high-precision automobile assembly standards, and the design scheme became the standardized reference model for the company’s subsequent automotive transmission equipment projects.
