OK. In order for me to get this manuscript and cover finalized, I had to do the final on my own. Lily is polite but my expectations when I decided to hire an editor were far from met. I am working with another editor at the moment and I am having the same problems. They are not fixing the errors...

Lily is very polite and her response time is good. However, I am detail oriented so while some authors may miss what may seem to some as minor, I catch everything.
