I joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand in May 2024 as an Attaché at the International Law Development Division, Department of Treaties and Legal Affairs. I was promoted to Third Secretary in May 2026, and since July 2026 I have served as Third Secretary on the Cambodia Desk, Department of East Asian Affairs. My early career focused on trade negotiations and treaty law. I served as a Thai delegate in the legal and institutional negotiations of the Korea-Thailand CEPA, the ASEAN-India Trade in Goods Agreement (AITIGA), and the ASEAN Digital Economic Framework Agreement (DEFA). I also conducted the legal scrubbing of Thailand’s FTA with EFTA, our first FTA with a European country, and led the Thai delegation at the Fifth Round of Elaboration on the International Organization for Mediation in Hong Kong. As desk officer, I drafted the Ministry’s proposal for Thailand’s accession to the 1961 Apostille Convention, which the Cabinet approved in December 2025. Since 2024, I have supported Thailand’s member of the UN International Law Commission as a research assistant at three sessions in Geneva. I also studied at the Hague Academy of International Law in 2025. I hold an LL.B. (Second-Class Honours) from Chulalongkorn University and have worked as an English-Thai translator since 2020.
