Can you remove malware from a hacked WordPress site?
Yes. I check the files, database and configuration to find the malicious code and take it out.
My site redirects to another website. Can you fix that?
Yes. Redirects usually come from an infected file, plugin, theme or a database entry. I track down which one and clean it.
What about Japanese spam or pharma spam pages?
Same thing. I remove the injected pages, links and content, then look for what put them there.
Do you need my WordPress admin login?
Almost always. I need it to look around properly and to check the result once I'm done.
Do you need hosting or cPanel access?
For most real infections, yes. Plenty of malware sits in files the WordPress dashboard never shows you.
Can you get the Google warning removed?
I clean the site and get it ready for the review request. Google decides the timing and the result, so I can't promise that part.
Will I lose any content?
That's not the goal at all. I work carefully around your content, and I'd rather take a backup first when there's a way to do it.
Can you promise it never gets hacked again?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I can do is close the hole, clean it out and harden the site so it's a much harder target.
