Founded and operated an independent coaching and wellness business providing supportive, client-centered coaching focused on mental wellbeing, emotional wellness, self-awareness, confidence, self-care, stress, grief, negative thinking, and personal growth. With a bachelor's degree in psychology and training in CBT, REBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), grief and bereavement, and NLP, I combine psychological knowledge with practical coaching strategies to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, patterns, and challenges and work toward meaningful life changes. My resources have been created for personal use, professional client work, and commercial platforms, including KDP, Etsy, and digital marketplaces. I also have experience writing about psychology and mental health.
