I offer LOD 300-350 BIM 3D modeling services. I provide BIM modeling services for all building design disciplines including: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), and for any project type and size. I have a full team consisting of BIM professionals with architectural, structural, and MEP backgrounds that can help build any type of building system. Collectively we have more than 60 years of experience in the industry.
Please note that the prices listed in the gig packages are for reference only. Each project will be priced separately, as every project is unique.

Can you help us design a project?
No, I don't offer design services. I take your design and turn it into BIM.
Do you provide 2D CAD drawings or renderings with this gig?
The gig only includes BIM modeling services and us handing you a native BIM model format in Revit. You can however add gig extras such as 2D CAD drawings or renderings if you'd like to receive them.
Do you offer discipline coordination and clash detection as part of this gig?
This gig only includes BIM Modeling services. I offer BIM Coordination and Clash Detection services under another gig you can find on my gigs page.
