I will create a custom AWS lex chatbot, with optional live chat, cms, API int and email

We will build, test and deliver a high quality custom chatbot.

Our chatbots are created using Amazon Lex.

Some degree of flexibility is allowed for in each package - details will be provided

• You can use your own AWS account or we can manage one for you.
• The live chat option either uses Amazon Connect (which has full contact centre functionality if required) Kommunicate - a third party product that costs $20/month after 1st yr
• Our optional Content Management System uses Airtable and syncs with an AWS DynamoDB database.
• Our optional email function enables you to collect user details and forward these to a known email address .
• Optional API integration enables you query and update a system of your choice that has a suitable API.
• The chatbot can optionally be embedded in MS Teams.

On our part, we ask for a clear brief: business requirements, process flows, and any constraints. It can (and usually does) change or require clarification. We allow a limited amount of time for discussion and clarification of the requirements and will charge $60/hour where this is exceeded. We will walk away from a project rather than try to implement one that is badly thought through.
