Do I need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license before we start?
Sure, Microsoft 365 Copilot requires an active license to function. If you already have one assigned, we're good to go. If you're not sure whether you have it or need help figuring that out, just message me first and I'll help you check. I don't sell the license itself, but I can absolutely guide
What's the difference between Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is the AI assistant built into apps like Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel — it helps with everyday tasks like summarizing meetings or drafting emails. Copilot Studio is the tool you use to build your own custom AI agents and chatbots, usually for specific business workflows.
What if Copilot isn't showing up for my users even though we have the license?
This is one of the most common things I deal with it's usually a license assignment issue, a policy that's blocking it, or the app simply needing to update. It's fixable. Tell me which apps it's missing from and what you've already tried and I can usually diagnose the problem quickly.
Can you build a Copilot Studio agent that connects to our own data?
Absolutely that's actually one of the more powerful things Copilot Studio can do. I can help you connect agents to SharePoint, internal knowledge bases, Power Automate flows, or external APIs.
How long does a typical project take?
Simple troubleshooting or configuration fixes are usually done within 1–2 days. A basic Copilot Studio agent can take 3–5 days depending on complexity and how quickly you can provide access and feedback. More complex builds multiple topics, custom integrations, testing can run 7–10 days.
