Manufactured high-performance composite parts using RTM (Resin Transfer Molding), engineered large-scale prototypes up to 8 meters with large-format 3D printing, and developed cost-optimized designs through CAD modeling and simulation with scalability and production efficiency in mind. Solved live production issues on the factory floor using Root Cause Analysis, and applied Lean Manufacturing to cut waste and improve throughput.
