I run ALTO B2, a Peruvian construction cost estimating and project review firm: 14+ years and 950+ projects estimated. Two services, done end to end: (1) Construction cost estimates from your drawings (DWG, DXF or PDF): quantity takeoff by discipline, unit price analysis with current market prices, itemized estimate and schedule, in S10, Excel or your template. (2) Full technical file review against Peruvian codes: every issue, where it is and how to fix it. I do not do architectural or structural design.
