Danny Store – Advanced AI Customer Support & Lead Automation System I Successfully designed and implemented an AI-powered customer support and lead automation system for Danny Store, focused on improving customer engagement, automating communication, and creating a seamless online shopping experience. The project was strategically developed to help the business respond to customers instantly, capture qualified leads automatically, and maintain efficient communication 24/7 without depending heavily on manual customer support operations. The project began with building a fully automated chatbot workflow where customers entering through the store’s promotional or product links are instantly welcomed and engaged by an intelligent AI chatbot system. The chatbot was configured to communicate with customers in real time, answer common questions, guide users through the buying process, and maintain continuous customer interaction in a natural and conversational way. To improve lead generation and customer data collection, the chatbot automatically provides interested customers with a personalized form link during the conversation process. The form interface was professionally created with the assistance of Lovable AI, while Make.com powered the backend automation workflow. Customer data submitted through the form is instantly transferred through webhook triggers and automatically stored inside Google Sheets, which serves as the operational “brain” of the system. To enhance conversational quality and intelligent responses, Grok AI was integrated as the main AI assistant powering the chatbot interactions.
