I have been working as Senior Data Processor in a well reputed department Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit of Education Sector Reform Programme. My responsibilities include:- -Manage large data -Analysis large data -Generate reports from data -Check & identify the issues in the data -Convert PDF to Excel / Word -Prepare Presentations -Prepare forms in PDF and google form As a main achievement, I had managed the recruitment process of Educators and handle thousands of applications data. Prepared the merit lists and finalized the selection of Educators purely on merit. I had done the recruitment process once in every w.e.f 2009 to 2018.
