As a Technical Lead at FlatOut Solutions, I am responsible for the full end to end lifecycle of software products, from technical discovery and architecture design to production deployment and long term scalability. During my tenure, I have led the development of multiple production systems, including generative AI applications, real time ride sharing and dispatch platforms, voice based AI agents, and automation driven backend systems. These systems required low latency processing, real time data synchronization, and robust fault tolerance. In addition to hands on technical execution, I provide technical leadership across teams by reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, aligning implementation with business goals, and ensuring that delivered systems meet both functional and non functional requirements.
