Good seller. Did an excellent job with creating a walkthrough video on how new users can use certain features on our platform, which will be helpful for the onboarding process. Was patient and willing to update the initial delivery with our revision request.

Didn't follow the instructions very well on the video edits. Also didn't have the tools to create a quality AI sound. I got tired of submitting revisions so I decided to just accept and approve the work presented.

This was a difficult video to reimagine. I have a product I can use, and the freelancer made multiple changes to make sure he got it to my specifications. Each time he did so with grace and politeness.
