Hi, I'm Ali, an electronics engineer (B.E., NED University) from Karachi. I design PCBs that get manufactured and work, from schematic to fab-ready Gerbers.
I specialize in power electronics and embedded hardware: high-current boards, 50A battery chargers, BMS, motor drivers with gate drivers, and ESP32 / STM32 / ATmega boards. I work in hardware R&D full-time, so I design with current paths, thermals and manufacturability in mind.

Research Officer (current job) Title: Research Officer, Electronics Company: Naval Research & Development Institute. Dates: Sep 2025 – Present Redesign and restore legacy electronic systems through hardware reverse engineering, schematic recovery and new PCB designs. Work covers three-phase BLDC motor drives with gate-driver stages, power supplies, control boards on STM32/ATmega, and sensor and instrumentation circuits. I handle the full cycle: schematic, PCB layout, fabrication, bring-up and testing on real hardware.
