- A training plan customized for your goal (losing fats or building muscles)
- Step-by-step guidance during the training sessions to make sure you're doing the exercises with the right technique.
- How to do each exercise correctly and feel the muscle you train.
- A time to answer any questions you have!

- I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and PN Certified Nutrition Coach.
- Before being a trainer, I am a Pharmacist and studied biochemistry, anatomy, and nutrition in my college. you'll have science-based workout plans.
