I am an Expert in Topographical Survey Plans, Cadastral Surveying, and GIS Mapping. I have industry experience in basic to advanced level Land Surveying and GIS Projects for up to three years.
This Gig is for following Land Survey & Topo Plan services
- Process Land Survey Point Data
- Plot Land Surveying Data captured from Total Station, GPS, DGPS, GNSS, Laser Scanning
- Layout Survey Points (CSV / Excel) into AutoCAD Dwg
- Contour Map with Spot Heights
- Elevation Drawing and profiles (Longitudinal Sections)
- Topographic Plan
- Site plans
- Drone survey
- Point cloud analysis
- Map digitization
Topographical Plans will be made from any natural and artificial topographic features such as
- Building Footprints, Real Estate, Restaurant, Property, Office, House
- Roads, road crown, white line markings
- Bridges, ramps, steps
- Foot & cycle paths, tracks
- Boundary treatments including walls, fences & hedges
- Drainage information such as manhole covers & gullies
- Electric, gas, water utilities & traffic signals
- Watercourses and the extent of ponds & lakes
- Areas of woodland, trees, vegetation & gardens
- Bunds and drainage ditches
- Slopes, natural banks, and depressions in the land

I am a qualified Land surveyor, proficient in the field of survey and data collection with the up-to-date and conventional methods of data collection by use of machinery and equipment, AutoCAD design and mapping, analysis of geospatial data, and presentation of products of the analysis in a user-friendly way.
I also am experienced in other mapping software such as global mapper, google earth, and SketchUp. Projects that have come my way are as: data collection for leveling, topographical survey, and cadastral survey, of which have come up with the corresponding end product for users.
