What if I do not know which document I need?
Send the exact request from your bank or the state where you plan to register. I will review it and confirm the document type, certification and issue-date requirements before ordering.
Will I receive official state-issued documents?
Yes. This service obtains records from the relevant state authority. It does not create or self-certify replacement company documents.
What if my LLC is not in good standing?
I will check its state record before requesting the certificate and explain any issue affecting availability. Overdue filings, reinstatement and compliance corrections are separate services that i offer as well.
Are state document fees included?
No. State charges, shipping and optional expedited processing are separate. I will confirm the applicable costs before placing the request.
How quickly can I receive my documents?
Timing depends on the state, document and delivery method. Send your deadline before ordering so I can check available options and confirm a realistic timeframe.
Does Premium include registration in another state?
No. Premium covers obtaining and organizing supporting documents for registration in one additional US state. The foreign qualification application and filing fees are separate.
