¿What should I keep in mind before my purchase?

• Please send me a good resolution image of your character/oc, if you don't have any image in mind, I can search for one.
• Tell me the elements that you consider that match your character/oc, if you are not sure I can choose them.
• Tell me the name of your character/oc.
• Tell me the number of stars (max 10 and default 5).
• The resolution is 1920x1080 and 30 fps.
• Other requests in addition to these will have a small additional price.
• The video can be delivered earlier than established.
• The edition will be made after receiving the payment.
• Refunds will not be given unless I am unable to complete your edit. Please make sure you are 100% sure before you purchase.
