Design Leadership: Lead conceptual and schematic design development. Establish overall design vision and architectural direction. Review and approve drawings, 3D models, and specifications. Ensure functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and feasibility. Maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Project Management Oversight: Oversee projects from pre-design to construction completion. Define project scope, timelines, and budgets. Monitor progress and manage project risks. Ensure deliverables meet quality and deadline standards. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as primary contact for clients: Present design proposals and revisions. Incorporate client feedback into design solutions. Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.). Liaise with contractors and government authorities. Required Skills & Competencies Advanced knowledge of architectural design principles: Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion etc.) Strong understanding of construction methods & materials Leadership and negotiation skills Budget and contract management knowledge
