1. Schematic PCB diagram 
2. Image files (.PNG, .JPG, or .PDF) of all board views
3.  All required files (Gerber, etc) for board manufacturer to be able to produce boards. 
4. Bill of Materials (BOM) including manufacturer part numbers
5. Pick and Place file
6. 3d step file
