She was beyond great and i would use her again and again everything went flawless, she was so easy to work with and positive despite the long hours even through the night she put it to get this book done in time, true dedication. I just hope this review does not get her so busy that she is too busy to work with me but she deserves it.

The book design was good and the final files worked well for KDP. However, as a first-time KDP author I expected more guidance. Responses were often brief and sometimes came across as abrupt. Happy with the end result, but the support and customer experience could have been better.
