My main focus is probate and eviction data, which is used for lead generation. I build the scrapers in Python using Scrapy, Selenium, and Playwright. A lot of the sites have bot protection, logins, or session based access, so I handle things like Cloudflare bypass, captcha solving, and TLS fingerprinting to get the data reliably. I also parse and clean the raw data into structured records with fields like case number, party name, address, and filing date.
