No. Headless works on any Shopify plan. However, Shopify Plus clients benefit most because they also get access to Checkout Extensions and advanced B2B features that headless enables.
Will my existing Shopify apps still work?

What is Oxygen hosting and do I need to pay for it?
Oxygen is Shopify's own edge hosting platform for Hydrogen storefronts. It is included free in your existing Shopify plan, no extra hosting cost.
How is this different from just installing a faster theme?
A theme, even the fastest one, is constrained by Shopify's Liquid rendering pipeline. Headless removes that constraint entirely. You get React performance, full design control, and the ability to connect any third-party service via API.
Can you migrate my existing store content to the new headless storefront?
