Bilal is very efficient in his response and delivery time once he's on the job. The issue was resolved very quickly! I wasn't sure what the error was. Though Bilal explained it to me very briefly, it would be even better if he could help me understand a bit further so I know what work has been done, though I appreciate it's quite technical.
