I can’t even contact them anymore for some reason. I never got the product we worked on for almost 6 months. Repeatedly had to explain what I wanted, always a problem. Had zoom calls and couldn’t understand hardly a word they were saying and I asked repeatedly to just work through text and everything was a huge hassle.
