In collaboration with Indonesia’s Ministry of Public Works and Housing, I developed national training programs for the Civil State Apparatus in the construction and public housing sectors. I designed 20+ nationwide curricula and vocational training modules, improving training efficiency for 6,000+ participants. To enhance knowledge dissemination, I produced 60+ hours of multimedia learning content, including executive-level podcasts, explainer videos, and virtual talk shows for ministry stakeholders. I also implemented a Microlearning framework within the LMS using SCORM-based modules, significantly increasing learner engagement and knowledge retention by up to 80%. Through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and instructional risk assessments, I identified performance gaps and optimized learning strategies, reducing project development timelines from nine months to three months (66% faster). Working closely with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders, I ensured alignment with national training policies. My portfolio includes e-learning and VR-based training programs covering construction safety, PPP/KPBU, risk management, urban settlements, and water treatment infrastructure.
