FAQ
Why are my WooCommerce emails not sending?
This can happen because of incorrect SMTP settings, hosting restrictions, plugin conflicts, authentication problems, or email delivery configuration. I will investigate the likely cause.
Can you fix WooCommerce order confirmation emails?
Yes. I can troubleshoot new order, processing order, completed order, and other supported WooCommerce notifications within the selected package.
What is SMTP, and why does my website need it?
SMTP is a standard method for sending emails. Configuring an appropriate SMTP provider can improve sending reliability compared with a basic website mail configuration.
Can you configure SMTP for my WordPress website?
Yes. I can configure one supported SMTP provider, provided you have the required account access and credentials through a secure method.
Can you fix password reset and registration emails?
Yes. I can investigate WordPress account emails and related configuration problems, depending on your website setup.
Which SMTP providers do you support?
I can work with supported providers such as Brevo, SendGrid, Mailgun, Gmail, and other compatible SMTP services, depending on account access and provider requirements.
Will you check my SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records?
Yes, where applicable. I can review your domain's email authentication configuration and help correct issues within the selected package scope.
Do I need to provide WordPress access?
Usually, yes. Administrator access or another appropriate authorized access method may be necessary. DNS or email provider access may also be required for certain fixes.
Can you guarantee that my emails will reach the inbox?
No provider can guarantee inbox placement for every message. I can troubleshoot technical delivery problems, configure authentication where applicable, and test sending functionality
What should I send you before ordering?
Please provide your website URL, a description of the email problem, any error messages, your current SMTP provider if applicable, and the affected email types. Do not share passwords in chat.
