The client was migrating from Shopify to WooCommerce, and the new Klaviyo setup needed to be reviewed and improved. I refined the existing email flows, including Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Customer Thank You, and Customer Winback, while improving the flow logic, timing, product personalization, and discount code setup. I also configured the CusRev review system with branded review emails and automated discount rewards for customers who submitted reviews. This helped create a more consistent and automated customer journey across the new WooCommerce store.
