What do I need to provide before you can start the project?
You need to provide: Content: All text, images, and videos you want on the website. Branding: Your logo, brand colors, and font preferences. Hosting/Domain: WordPress login, cPanel login, or server credentials where the site will be installed. Inspiration: Links to 2-3 websites you like to give
Is web hosting and domain registration included in your packages?
No, hosting and domain registration are not included in any of my packages. You must purchase these separately before the project begins. I can, however, provide recommendations for reliable and fast WordPress hosting providers upon request.
Will the website be truly responsive and mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. All websites I develop are built using a "mobile-first" approach. They are guaranteed to look and function perfectly on all screen sizes, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. This is crucial for both user experience and SEO.
What if I don't have content (text and images) ready?
I strongly recommend providing all content upfront to ensure a cohesive design and timely delivery. If you are missing content, I will use placeholder text (lorem ipsum) and stock images. Note that once the site is delivered, adding new content is not covered under the included revision count.
Do I get 100% ownership and control of the final website?
Yes, absolutely! Upon final payment and delivery, you will have full ownership and administrative control (admin, FTP, and database access) of your website and all its files. You are free to move, modify, or update it as you wish.
What if I want an eCommerce store (online shop)?
eCommerce functionality is generally covered under the Premium Package and involves integrating and configuring the WooCommerce plugin (or similar). Please message me first with details on your product count, payment gateways, and shipping requirements for a precise quote.
Do you provide after-sales support and maintenance?
Yes, limited support is provided after launch. The Premium Package includes a specific period of support (e.g., 30 days) for bug fixes and minor adjustments. For ongoing maintenance (updates, backups, advanced security), I recommend discussing a separate monthly retainer service.
