Do I need extra Microsoft licences?
Usually not. It's built on SharePoint, Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, which come with most Microsoft 365 business plans. If anything needs a premium licence, I'll tell you before you order.
Do I need to give you my password?
No. Add me as a guest or site owner in your Microsoft 365, or we build it together on a screen share.
