Will everything transfer exactly?
Contacts, companies, deals, and notes usually transfer well. Some things don’t map one-to-one between systems, like automations, custom report layouts, and some activity history. I list what will and won’t move during scoping, before you order.
Do you keep a copy of my data?
I use a backup only for the migration. I delete it after your sign-off, or hand it to you if you’d rather keep it.
Do you test first?
Yes, on Premium I run a test migration so you can review it before the final run. On other packages I check a sample before moving everything.
