Manage daily business operations for a California-based lead generation company operating across legal (auto accident, personal injury, workers' comp) and home services verticals, using a dynamic ping-post pricing model through Leadspedia. Reporting & Analytics: Build and deliver a daily morning performance report covering revenue, profit, and volume pacing across calls and form leads, broken out by buyer, affiliate, and vertical. Create ongoing Excel and Tableau reports for internal teams, buyers, and affiliates. Accounting & Finance: Handle monthly buyer invoicing via QuickBooks Online and affiliate/vendor payments via Tipalti. Participate in weekly cash flow meetings to prioritize which affiliates get paid immediately vs. deferred. Lead Refund Processing: Review and process buyer refund requests for leads that don't meet quality criteria (wrong number, not seeking representation, already represented, etc.). Affiliate & Vendor Management: Track and report on affiliate performance, manage vendor relationships, and support profitability analysis by affiliate and buyer. Meta Ads (in-house lead gen): Support internal Meta/Facebook campaign management, creative coordination, and performance tracking, sold through Leadspedia as a separate revenue line. Comfortable working across multiple tools in a fast-moving, data-heavy operation — Leadspedia, Excel, Tableau, QuickBooks Online, Tipalti, and Meta Ads Manager.
