Color Theory & Execution: Created cohesive color palettes and oversaw lab dip approvals, managing strict color consistency across various fabric substrates and printing techniques. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with fashion designers, product developers, and merchandisers to ensure design feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with fast-paced retail timelines. Production Oversight: Conducted regular mill and factory visits to supervise the printing and dyeing processes, troubleshooting production issues to maintain high-quality standards and minimize design distortion.
