I regularly prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, BOQs, and cost estimates directly from drawings and specifications. My approach is not just about measuring quantities but understanding the full scope of work to avoid missing items or underestimating costs. I always look for practical ways to optimize costs without affecting quality.
