Hi, I'm Aaron. A martial artist from the UK. I have been training in a freestyle Karate/kickboxing club for 11 years. I have competed and won gold at competitions and I'm passionate about teaching others as I believe martial arts has so many benefits ranging from physical fitness, coordination, mental health and discipline. I'll be offering beginner or intermediate level lessons that are as practical as possible for those who have never trained or are at a club but want extra help. I'm fundraising for a charity called Project Trust all funds will go to this as it is a huge opportunity for me.... Lee más
